What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Like every other aspects of life I have come to understand that there’s no universal approach to anything. There’s no one rule that works on and for everyone. There’s no one size fits all. It always boil down to individuals
No matter how beautiful and beneficial and universally acceptable an idea or concept is, there’s always that one person that is different. One form of exercise could be great for Mr A but destructive or damaging to Mr B.
One thing is certain, our bodies need exercise to remain fit and agile but the type of exercise and or how it should be done should be based on several individual factors and considerations.
This is where it becomes important that one study and listen to his or her body. Understand what works for you, know what makes you feel good. It is not also a bad idea to seek professional advice and guidance but in the end, what you know, not what you feel about yourself is supreme.
Having said that, when you have figured out what works for you, the next thing is to figure out how to fit it into your daily routine without causing an overwhelming disruption.
Keep modifying it until it becomes part of your life and you start LIVING it and not DOING it.
